Experience Designer

• A blend of strategic thinking, design sense, and UX techniques.
• Someone that solves complex challenges by breaking them down and crafting clear, creative and actionable strategies.
• An excellent communicator who enjoys collaboration and isn’t afraid to colour outside the lines.
• At least 3yrs of experience but we’re open to more senior candidates as well.
• We want to understand what makes your practice successful and what kinds of successes you’ve had in the past.
• We apply a range of techniques including competitive analysis, usability audits, job shadowing, surveys, interviews, experience maps and anything else we might need to understand a problem. Ideally you're familiar with most of these.

• Work with clients to devise strategic approaches to achieve their goals
• Spec out work for writers, visual designers, and developers to give clear starting points
• Be able to communicate your ideas clearly and with attractive visuals
• Bonus: Pitch in on occasional design work
