Office and Experience Manager

Office and Experience Manager

Apply

The Combine Overview:

The Combine began as an intersection of industry creatives and community creatives. While that remains central to the Combine, it has also become a mission to redesign the concept of what an office actually is. In order to fulfil this mission, The Combine needs someone to manage the overall experience, someone to sit above it all and not only run it, but also help craft it, own it, and evolve it.

The Combine is in some ways the name of the shared office space for Bensimon Byrne, OneMethod, Narrative XPR, HiFi, and Super Proper. But, it is also more than that. The Combine is a reimagination of the purpose, power, and definition of an office. It’s a hybrid approach, one that blends work, retail, community, events, + experiences. Its members include all employees from the 5 aforementioned agencies in addition to a growing collection of other creative individuals that contribute to the collective in their own unique ways.

The Office and Experience Manager’s primary focus will be running the day-to-day experience of all Combine members and visitors (including the staff from the 5 core agencies, the visiting clients, the external creative members, and anyone who attends any of our events). This will involve a baseline of office-services tasks & objectives, in addition to supporting the events team and social team as they develop and execute a wide range of events and content.
