We’re on the hunt for a Program Director to spearhead OneMethod’s vision and oversee delivery - with a dash of charisma and a strong sense for creative collaboration. As our Program Director, you’ll bring a holistic, strategic approach to the everyday - marrying operational excellence and process discipline with creative thinking. You’ll establish delivery success benchmarks with hands-on leadership, smart process development, and a mastery of relationships. Our ideal candidate has been in the program management trenches for at least a decade, with five (or more) years building high-performing teams from the front.

What You’ll Do

Champion overall delivery - ensuring everything lands on brief, on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality
Build and refine integrated processes with a keen eye for operational excellence to keep our work humming - balancing creative needs with client realities and business goals
Serve as the connective tissue between teams, and executive leadership - translating vision to action, and obstacles into opportunities
Lead, mentor and grow a team of high-performing project manager supporting them in surfacing potential project issues early and implementing solutions with agility
Foster a culture that’s kind, collaborative, and hungry - for better work, clever efficiency, and genuine relationships
Spot trends, keep tabs on emerging practices and tools, and implement best-in-class methodologies to drive meaningful growth for both the organization and the team
Contribute to culture by setting the tone for what it means to deliver with OneMethod

What We’re Looking For

A program management pro: 10+ years’ experience, at least 5 leading sizable teams or functions
Deep knowledge of project/program management (agency, digital, or integrated environments a big plus)
A radar for problems before they materialize and a sharp eye for improvement - from workflow to interpersonal dynamics
Emotional intelligence and self-awareness that power productive, low-ego relationships
The right mix of big-picture vision and detail obsession, able to zoom in/out as required
A habit of communicating clearly, listening actively, and bringing people together - especially when things get tricky
Proven experience in supporting the professional development of project managers and fostering a culture of continuous learning
Passion for both creative and operational excellence; curious, optimistic, and undaunted by change or ambiguity
An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership - comfortable making hard calls and learning all the time
