We’re looking for a Senior Strategist ready to lead end-to-end strategic work across key accounts and categories on a global and US scale. You’ll be at the core of our growth, working with a sharp, collaborative, and supportive team to drive transformation. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape growth, mentor strategists, and bring sharper strategic narratives to brands in Tech, MedTech, Entertainment, Sport, and beyond.

You can…
- Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic territories that inspire bold creative.
- Own the strategic development process, from research and insights to execution.
- Turn complexity into clarity, shaping clear, compelling, and actionable strategic direction.
- Collaborate closely with creative, account, and media teams to shape work that makes an impact.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends and industry shifts, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
- Lead senior-level presentations and decision moments, selling strategic thinking with confidence and authority.
- Mentor and guide junior strategists, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Must-Have Experience:
- Min. 6+ years in brand strategy, management consulting, or a comparable strategic role, with clear examples of leading workstreams and client relationships end-to-end.
- A proven track record of developing transformative brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills—able to bring strategy to life in a compelling way.
Great-To-Have Experiences:
- Tech and/or Med Tech
- US and/or Global brand strategy experience
- Entrepreneurial or start-up
- Anything unique/unusual or non-advertising
