A portfolio demonstrating polished creative and aesthetic sensibilities
Solid grasp of blending form and function to create beautiful and useable experiences
Experience designing responsive, mobile-first interfaces
The ability to present work clearly and provide a rationale for design decisions
An entrepreneurial mind-set and good work habits
Amazing portfolios matter most, so all experience levels are invited to apply
